I guess anything’s possible but it doesn't mean you should eat it. Here's why
Fried food is almost always cooked in industrial refined seed oils, like peanut oil, canola oil, and vegetable oil.

These oils are very delicate and oxidize extremely easy. This means they create oxidative stress and inflammation, particularly in your digestive system and liver - it's extremely hard to lose weight if two things are impaired. Why?

Gut inflammation can lead to poor nutrient uptake and liver issues can lead to a sluggish thyroid, excess estrogen, high cortisol, insulin resistance and low testosterone.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids are also preferentially stored if your fat cells and take hundreds of days to be removed from your body. (680)

If you're serious about fat loss, getting rid of fried foods, refined oils, and ultra processed foods is an absolute must. Otherwise, your just gonna be nuking your body with some of the worst things anyone can eat
