Cooking meals when you have diabetes can be challenging, but it’s not impossible! Cooking and eating balanced meals is highly recommended to manage your blood sugar. Nutritionist Jo Sebastian give us a rundown of the types of diabetes, what you can be doing differently once you’re diagnosed, and shares two simple recipes for your next meal prep session at home.

Munggo
Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
2 pc tilapia
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc red onions, sliced
2 pc tomatoes, sliced
1 cup munggo beans
1 cup malunggay leaves

Procedure:
In a pan with hot oil, cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside and shred.
Using the same pan, saute garlic and onions followed by the tomatoes.
Add your munggo beans and fill with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 40 minutes or until the beans are mashable. Add your malunggay and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Makes 6 servings

Egg Wrap
Ingredients:
3 pc eggs
1 pc cucumbers, cut in half and sliced
3 pcs tomatoes, sliced
kesong puti
Greek-style yogurt

Procedure:
Beat all eggs in a bowl. On a non-stick skillet, add oil and eggs.
Once the egg is set, loosen the sides and flip. Cook for an additional 30 seconds and set aside.
Assemble by placing the veggies and cheese at the bottom of the egg. Drizzle with yogurt and roll into a wrap.

Keto one-pan meals are the perfect thing to whip up after a long day at work or just when you don't have much energy left in the day. With very little cleanup and a fast, delicious meal in under 30 minutes, one-pan meals will be your new go-to recipes that will become a staple in your household.

Feel free to add more vegetables (like sauteed cabbage, roasted broccoli, roasted cauliflower, roasted brussels sprouts) to your dishes if you're looking for something a bit bulkier. You can usually toss those in the oven and have the rest of the meal ready by the time they're done.

Here is an easy recipe to make tasty bodybuilding chicken breast in just 10 minutes.the calorie information will be given below. It is a very high protein meal which you can definitely include in your diet for fat loss and weight loss or if you are cutting. Very quick and east to prepare and it doesn't require too many spices either. Very convinient way for college and hostel students to hit their daily protein intake as well!
Here are the steps which you can follow as guidelines :
1. Wash chicken breast
2. Heat up the pan
3. Sprinkle salt, pepper and piri piri on top of the chicken breast pieces
4. Flip the chicken breast pieces and apply the seasonings again
5. Add 1 tbsp of ghee on top of the hot pan
6. Once the pan is heated, put the chicken pieces inside the pan
7. Put the gas on medium heat and let one side cook for 5 minutes
8. After 5 minutes flip the pieces of chicken and let the other side cook for another five minutes
9. ENJOY THE MEAL :)

Chicken Breast 100g: 165 Calories, 0g Carbohydrates, 3.6g Fat, 31g Protein

This is the PERFECT fruit salad recipe and my absolute favorite side dish for summer! The beautiful color array and refreshing characteristics makes this a crowd favorite that has everyone asking for the recipe!

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh strawberries (chopped)
1 1/4 lb fresh pineapple (chopped)
12 oz blueberries
12 oz red grapes (sliced in half)
12 oz cantaloupe (chopped)
4 kiwis (chopped)
4 mandarin oranges (chopped)

Honey Lime Dressing:
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp lime zest
2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions:
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the honey lime dressing and set aside.
2. Chop all fruit into small bite-sized pieces and add the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to evenly coat. Serve immediately. Chill in refrigerator.
