Breakfast that tastes like dessert. These are my healthier 4 Ingredient fudgy overnight oats. Jan 3,2021 is the one year mark since I posted these overnight oats that went viral on my social media pages. In 365 days I gained over 270,000 new friends on Instagram and 850,000 on TikTok and I couldn’t be more grateful for you all. Thank you for being here and being the bestest friend a girl could ask for. This recipe makes one portion and you will need:

Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats — I use quick cooking but any rolled oats work
1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener you like
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any you love

**Please Note: Protein powder is optional but you will probably need a touch more milk. I added shaved dark chocolate on top for presentation but you can also add some cacao nibs as well. Feel free to improvise and make it to taste. Minimum of 3 hours in the fridge or even overnight and it will last for 3-5 days so you can definitely prep ahead. i don’t like to count calories as different brands hold different values but mine were 250 calories total. You can eat them cold which is what I do or heat them up but you might need a touch more milk if you do.

Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or even a bowl if you don’t have a mason jar.
Give it a really good stir and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or until it’s nice and pudding- like.
Feel free to prep ahead and enjoy.

Food and eating habits are far more importent than exercise to manage weight and blood sugar level. A breakfast may be sugar free but after eating it should not increase the blood sugar level. People lower avoid sugar but eat too much starchy food which after digestion increase blood sugar level. Use almond, peanut, quinoa, coconut, eggs and cheese for pan cake or omelete. Use butter or clarified butter.
Recipe
Flours. Quinoa, almond, peanut, coconut are the best. Alternatively gram, millets can be used. Take according to your need. I usually take 1 tablespoon each of almond, coconut and quinoa flours. You can grind yourself if not easily available from market. Add vegetables of choice like onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli. To add volume cabbage can also be added. 1-2 eggs, a cup of water, salt, pepper according to taste. Cheese can also be added if you like. Cook as pan cake or omelette on medium heat using desi ghee (clarified butter). Enjoy.

INSTRUCTIONS
Maple Mustard, Greek Yogurt, Lemon Poppy Seed, and Peanut salad dressings simply add ingredients to a sealable jar and shake to combine.
Cilantro Lime and Citrus Basil Dressings add ingredients to a jar wide enough to fit your immersion blender and blend until smooth.

Lately I have been much more careful about what I eat in a day – I try to eat healthy, nutritious and tasty food. if you want to know what to eat and how to cook it this breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks video is perfect for you. The healthy food can be prepared in advance and in the morning you can just grab it and take it to school or work.

Just mix the nuts, seeds and dried fruits of your choice plus add some rice syrup and almond butter. I also popped in some dark chocolate chips. These granola bars are so quick to make, healthy and delicious. Great for a breakfast or a healthy snack. If you love fruits, a fruit salad in a jar is a great option for your healthy breakfast. Just cut your favorite fruits in pieces and put it in a jar. Awesome breakfast on the go! Ice cream for breakfast? Well almost :) Take an ice cream cone and fill it up with fruit of your choice, put a large table spoon of yogurt on, and top it off with more fruit. You can eat this on the way to school or work. Healthy and totally Instagram worthy. If you have some more time before your classes start you can make yourself pepper eggs and fruit kebabs. This breakfast is healthy, balanced and so pretty to look at.

For the diy healthy lunch ideas portion of the video I show you 5 healthy lunch recipes, perfect for back to school. You can prepare these lunches the day before and in the morning, you just take them with you to school or to work. Egg muffins with vegetables are the perfect example of a great lunch, which is tasty, nutritious and quick to make. All you need are some eggs, flour, a splash of milk and the veggies of your choice. Add some fresh or dried fruits and nuts into your lunch box for a tasty and balanced lunch. Other lunch options are tuna wraps, ham rolls, salad in a jar and homemade spelt bread sandwich. Summary:
1. Oiling the vegetables: Smothering your veggies with oil before you start cooking them may seem like a foolproof way to avoid them sticking to the pan. Unfortunately, adding oil to them increases the chances of the veggies getting burned because the oil will get extremely hot.

2. Not cooking them at all: While it’s true that many vegetables are healthier in their raw state, it is not true for all of them. Beets, broccoli, onions and bell peppers have more nutrients when raw, but others actually become more nutritious when heat is applied.

3. Prepping veggies too early: Some people like to get ahead and do tasks in advance rather than at the last minute. While that is a good trait for some things, it doesn’t always work with vegetables. Once you wash and cut them, oxidation and nutrient loss begins as does wilting and spoilage. It is better to cut your veggies right before you use them.

4. Boling them too much: Boiling may be a quick way to prepare veggies, but it’s also a quick way to rid them of nutrients and flavor. When you boil them, the water soluble nutrients seep out of the veggies and into the cooking water. Boiling can also lead to overcooking, which will make them soft, gray and mushy.
