1. Be in a caloric deficit
2. Exercise - Cardio/ HIIT workout
3. Do muscle-targeted workouts.
To strengthen and develop your target muscles. The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. Crazy fad diets don't work, heck it's why you're here in the first place. Instead, just simply eat nutritious food/ foods you love (if they are high in calories, enjoy them in moderation or find low calorie/healthy recipes so you can eat more of it!), move your body in the way you love to move it (dancing, walking, sports, etc.), smile and enjoy the journey! Remember that you just need to be the better version of yourself from where you started. You are amazing and know that just even taking little steps like starting to walk more or eating better still makes a difference! Just don't give up on yourself because your body achieves what your mind believes. When doing any home workouts, do take precautions to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. Food and eating habits are far more importent than exercise to manage weight and blood sugar level. A breakfast may be sugar free but after eating it should not increase the blood sugar level. People lower avoid sugar but eat too much starchy food which after digestion increase blood sugar level. Use almond, peanut, quinoa, coconut, eggs and cheese for pan cake or omelete. Use butter or clarified butter.
Recipe
Flours. Quinoa, almond, peanut, coconut are the best. Alternatively gram, millets can be used. Take according to your need. I usually take 1 tablespoon each of almond, coconut and quinoa flours. You can grind yourself if not easily available from market. Add vegetables of choice like onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli. To add volume cabbage can also be added. 1-2 eggs, a cup of water, salt, pepper according to taste. Cheese can also be added if you like. Cook as pan cake or omelette on medium heat using desi ghee (clarified butter). Enjoy.

Method:
🥛Dry roast 2/3rd cup makhana & grind into a fine powder
🥛Combine the makhana powder with 2 tbsp almond flour, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder & 3 tbsp brown sugar
🥛Mix well & your milk mix is ready!

One of the most indulgent meal preps i’ve made! Chicken is cooked to perfection, paired with a rich creamy Alfredo Pasta. So simple and easy with great macros🤌🏽
Macros Per Serving (4 Servings Total)
595 Calories | 59g Protein | 50g Carbs | 16g Fat
Ingredients (Makes 4 Servings)
Grilled Chicken
- 800g Raw Cubed Chicken Breast
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Italian Herbs
- 1.5 Tsp Parsley
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes (remove if you don’t like spicy)
- 1.5 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 Tsp Paprika
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil (you can leave this out too)
- 20g Light Butter (For cooking + once cooked)
Creamy Alfredo Pasta
- 210g Uncooked / 520g Cooked Pasta (I chose fettuccine)
- 80g Chopped White Onion
- 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Italian Herbs
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- 0.5 Tsp Chilli Flakes (remove if you don’t like spicy)
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 150g Tomato Sauce / Passata
- 300ml Light Evaporated Milk (Brand: Sainsbury’s)
- 130g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia)
- 30g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Optional add Pasta Water if the sauce is too thick

Important Cooking Notes
- Cook the chicken cubes on medium high heat, 3-4 mins then turn them over and cook for another 3 mins
- Once cooked, lower the heat, add a little more butter then mix it all in and set aside
- Cook the onion for 5-6mins till soft then add the spices. Mix it in for a min before adding the tomato sauce
- You want to let this sauce cook for at least 5mins on low heat till it bubbles and separates a little
- Add the milk and cream cheese on low heat, then keep stirring till combined and thick
- To reheat, place both chicken and pasta in a pan, low heat, cover with a lid for 5 mins. Add a little milk if sauce is too solid
