Recipe -

Rice -

300g (10.58oz) - Basmati Rice, Washed
600g (600ml) - Cold Water
Salt To Taste

Sweet & Sour Sauce -

1/2 Cup (125ml) - Light Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup (80ml) - Pineapple Juice
4 Tbsp (80g) - Honey
2 Tbsp (40ml) - Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp (40ml) - Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp (40g) - Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp (12g) - Corn Flour or Corn Starch

Sweet & Sour Chicken -

2 1/2 Tbsp (50ml) - Grapeseed Oil, Divided
1.4kg (3.09lbs) - Chicken Breast or Thigh, Diced (See Notes)
3 - Bell Peppers (Capsicums), Large Diced (Any Colour Is Fine)
1 - Brown (Yellow) Onion, Sliced
4 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
15g (0.53oz) - Ginger, Peeled & Minced
Seasoning To Taste

Recipe Notes -

Chicken Thigh Instead Of Chicken Breast -

If you wish to use chicken thighs instead, sear the chicken for 12 minutes instead of 6 minutes. Continue the recipe as normal.

Get nostalgic with these Smiley Fries! #summervibes

✨Recipe:
Yellow potatoes (Yukon gold)
Cornstarch

Directions:
1. Peel and chop potatoes, and to a pot of boiling water add 1 tbsp salt and potato chunks. Cook for 18 minutes or until fork sticks through.
2. Drain the water, and transfer potatoes to a mixing bowl and mash with a fork, push them through a strainer to get an even smoother consistency.
3. Mix the cornstarch into the potatoes to form a “dough”, and roll flat on a clean surface to about 1 cm thick
3. Use a round cookie cutter (2in in diameter) and cut out circles.
4. Transfer the cutouts to wax or parchment paper
5. Imprint the smiles on like seen in the video
6. Heat up oil to 350°F, and drop in 3-4 fries at a time letting them fry 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve and enjoy!

Salty Chocolate Milk
3 cups of raw milk (any kind wors! I love raw for calcium)
2 TBS maple syrup
1 Chocolate Salt LMNT
2 tsp vanilla colostrum powder *will link soon!


30-Minute Garden Veggie Soup Dinner Recipe 🪴
4 small leeks
1 sweet onion
4 cloves of garlic
3 carrots
4 small gold potatoes
chop all veggies and add into deep dish pan with 2-3 tbs of ghee. saute for 5 minutes then add garlic, salt, and pepper. add 1/2 tsp of thyme, 1/4 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion salt. add 5 cups of bone broth (I get mine at Costco or homemade is amazing!) bring everything to a boil then add chicken tenderloins (or breast or thighs) and immediately cover and lower heat for 30 mins. remove chicken and shred then add it back into the soup and top with parmigiano reggiano! delicious!

Nutrition facts per serving:
298 kcal | 8.5g protein | 28g carbs | 16g fat

Ingredients:
- 1 pack silken tofu (400g)
- 180g dark chocolate
- about 4 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
