In today's Childhood Snack series, we're making Taiwanese Fried Chicken, aka Da Ji Pai with @Vibewithchu and a surprise visit by @Yakitoriguy .
Take chicken breast, slice them flat, and flatten them with a meat pounder or heavy rolling pin.
Marinate the chicken in spices, coat with egg and tapioca starch, then deep fry for the most delicious XXL Taiwanese Fried Chicken!
