today's recipe is perfect KFC style Fried Chicken recipe in a homemade version. I hope u guys will like this easy and delicious chicken fry recipe...
Here is what you'll need!
chicken pieces with skin - 500 g
salt - 1/4 tsp
soya sauce - 1/2 tblsp
tomato ketchup - 1 tblsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
instant noodles masala (like Maggi) - 1 pack
IT's optional but it will help to increase the taste...plz try with it.
for coating:
All purpose flour - 1.5 cups
corn flour - 1/4 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tblsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, for nice golden color but its optional

This Simple and easy Fried Chicken Recipe is Crispy & Delicious!!
*Ingredients*
Whole Chicken cut in pieces (3-4 1bs)
1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning
1 -2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
2-3 cups flour
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp sugar (optional)
Water
Cooking oil
*Use recipe as a guide*

Crispy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
Chicken pieces of your choice
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon paprika
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT:
*Preheat Oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
*Place foil on a cookie sheet and add the butter
*Place the cookie sheet with butter on it in the oven while it is heating up
*Dry your chicken off with paper towels and sprinkle all the seasonings on it and rub in
*Add the baking powder and flour and coat well
*Remove the pan from the oven and place the chicken on it skin side down making sure the pieces do not touch
*Place back in the oven for 30-45 minutes and then turn over continue cooking for an additional 30-45 minutes.

FOR GREEK YOGURT DRESSING 2:49
▢2 Tbsp mayonnaise - preferably homemade
▢2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
▢1 tsp Dijon mustard
▢2 Tbsp water

▢1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs - basil parsley cilantro dill - or a mix of them
FOR CITRUS BASIL DRESSING 2:00
▢1 cup basil leaves
▢1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
▢3 Tbsp flavorless oil - avocado oil is my favorite
▢1 orange
▢1 lime
▢sea salt
▢pepper
FOR PEANUT SALAD DRESSING 3:36
▢2 Tbsp unsweetened smooth peanut butter
▢1 tsp grated ginger
▢1 tsp grated garlic
▢1 Tbsp soy sauce
▢1 tsp sesame oil
▢1 lime
▢1-2 Tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS
Maple Mustard, Greek Yogurt, Lemon Poppy Seed, and Peanut salad dressings simply add ingredients to a sealable jar and shake to combine.
Cilantro Lime and Citrus Basil Dressings add ingredients to a jar wide enough to fit your immersion blender and blend until smooth.

Here's a great recipe for homemade lemonade! All natural and just 3 ingredients. Better yet, there's no refined sugar, instead it's sweetened with natural honey! Plus, because this homemade lemonade isn't heated you don't lose any of the Vitamin C!

3 cups of raw milk (any kind wors! I love raw for calcium)
2 TBS maple syrup
1 Chocolate Salt LMNT
2 tsp vanilla colostrum powder *will link soon!
30-Minute Garden Veggie Soup Dinner Recipe 🪴
4 small leeks
1 sweet onion
4 cloves of garlic
3 carrots
4 small gold potatoes
chop all veggies and add into deep dish pan with 2-3 tbs of ghee. saute for 5 minutes then add garlic, salt, and pepper. add 1/2 tsp of thyme, 1/4 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion salt. add 5 cups of bone broth (I get mine at Costco or homemade is amazing!) bring everything to a boil then add chicken tenderloins (or breast or thighs) and immediately cover and lower heat for 30 mins. remove chicken and shred then add it back into the soup and top with parmigiano reggiano! delicious!
